Our youngest kids, Michael and Leah, decided to create some "new" dinosaurs using parts of their dozens of Dino Magic dinos.

Using bodies from meat and plant eaters, and combining them with just heads (where do kids come up with this stuff??), here's what they created.

A sample of the new "breeds" they hatched include:

    Stegarex
    Scelidotops
    Allodactyl
    Ornithoopteryx
    Postosaurus
    Styrachtoraptor

Seems the next step in the evolutionary process is a body with 6 tails....

just love the creative dino's that your kids came up with. We found what we are calling a no dance dino. He was born with two right feet.

        I'll pass along your compliments!

Youngest son Michael, 6, says he wants to become a paleontogist...all that tuition for grad school, and my child just wants to spend his time playing in the dirt

Actually, we hatched more than 1 kentrosaurus that had genetic defects; one came straight from his egg with only 3 feet, and another hatched with 3 left feet!

Maybe our kentros and your no-dance came from the same hatchling brood
